Plumbing is easiest and cheapest while the floor is up and the walls are open, which is why it belongs inside the build programme rather than being called in at the end. We run the pipework at first fix, pressure test it, and come back to fit once the room is finished.

Pipework that gets buried
Anything that ends up under a floor or behind plasterboard gets tested before it is covered. It is a short job at the right moment and a very expensive one afterwards, so it is not something we skip to save an hour.
Moving things around
Relocating a bath, a sink or a radiator is usually possible — how involved it is depends on where the waste has to run. We will tell you what a move costs before you commit to it rather than after the floor is up.
Repairs and leaks
We also take on standalone work: a leak nobody can find, a radiator that will not heat, a waste that keeps blocking. If it turns out to be something structural rather than plumbing, we are in a position to fix that too.
